来年度の学費・クラス編成・授業内容等の検討を行う上で重要な基礎資料となりますので、来年度補習授業校に継続して通われる意思があるかどうかの調査へご協力をお願い致します。
Thank you for supporting Hoshuko – Japanese School of Queensland, Gold Coast.
We kindly ask all parents to complete the following questionnaire to indicate whether their child will continue attending the school next year.
This information is crucial in helping our management plan the annual budget and class composition for the upcoming year.

Important Notes for Your Response
- 在籍しているお子様全員についてご回答をお願い致します。(1世帯につき1回の提出で構いません)
- 現在中学部3年生の場合は「卒業見込み」を選択の上、他項目への回答のご協力をお願い致します。
- 回答後に意思が変わった場合、その旨を補習校用お問合せフォームにてご連絡ください。
- Please provide answers for all your enrolled children. (One response per household is sufficient)
- If your child is currently in Year 9, please select ‘Expected to Graduate’ and provide answers for the other items.
- If your intention changes after submitting your answers, please let us know by email.
